Mega Man Deactivation

It is the year 20XX. After countless defeats by Mega Man Dr Wily
is stumped on how to defeat him. He’s
thinking about the many defeats and the embarrassment he feels over the fact
that something he help make was taken away and turned against him. Over come
with anger he throws a nearby object at the wall knocking down a mirror it
shattering in to pieces as it hits the ground.
Wily walks over looking at himself in the pieces of mirror he thinks
about what he was and how great he could have been if things were different. Looking in the glass and seeing the different distortions
of himself he gets an idea.
At this time the world is back at peace
wily is in hiding, technology is steadily growing and crime is at 5%. At Dr Light’s lab, Dr Thomas Light is testing
out a new invention. 3.. 2.. 1..now! Says
Dr Light. Auto hits a switch and a
device activates and an object appears within it. I've done it! Light yells. Mega man walks in at the last minute, what is
it? Mega man asks. This is a capsule
that can hold vast amounts of information and can materialize things from code.
For instance I can put in code for a new upgrade for you that once you use this
capsule it can be integrated in to your system at any time anywhere, Light
explained. Cool! I'd like to see this in
action says mega man. You will very
soon. I'm supposed to give a conference
on it tomorrow said Dr Light. Suddenly a
breaking news flash comes on the screen.
Robbery in progress! The reporter says, a robot has broken in to the med
center and stolen some equipment. oh no.. Light sighs. You think it could be Wily? Roll asks. Only one way to find out! Said Mega man, as
he grabs his helmet and runs off to the crime scene.
Once there he looks over the area on
the rush jet. He then sees the robot; he goes in to catch the robot then
BLAST! A shot was fired at mega man just
barely missing him, stopping him dead in his tracks. Not so fast Mega man! Bass! Mega man yells, I should have known
wily was behind this. Bass and mega man do
battle providing a distraction letting the bot get away with the stolen
goods. Then too bass escapes. Back at Light’s lab, bass dropped in and then
the robot got away! Said Mega man, I'm
not sure of what the robot was carrying but it looked important. Its ok mega man we'll get them said Dr Light,
but for now let’s stay alert, we don't know what Wily’s plan is.
It’s the next day and a few seconds
before the conference goes live. Light
is getting ready to speak, he looks over at Mega man, Mega man gives him a
smile and a thumbs up. The curtain pulls
back, Hello all! I'm Dr Light and I have
partnered with Geo Crop to make a device that can materialize matter from coded
information. With this the possibilities
are limitless. Let’s run a demonstration. I have input information for it to
materialize the latest cybernetic chip on the market. He types in a few sequences and presses the
button. A beam of light emits from the capsule
and an item then starts to form. In seconds
the chip is complete, there Dr Light says, now let’s test it! He puts the chip in a small robot and then
activates it. The robot comes to life
and walks around, how may I be of service? it says.
Wily in his lab watching the event
scoffs at the tv, light you show off! He says, I got something planed for you
and your little robot brat!
Now for the second demonstration! This
thing can also materialize some organic material, though it is still a work in
progress here is what it can do so far.
Here I have put in code to make a lemon.
He presses the button and a lemon materializes the crowd is in awe. Wily seeing this eyes widen, this is exactly
what I need! He yells. BASS!!! GET THE
BOTS TOGETHER!!! Thank you Dr Light for
this new contribution to the world, the announcer says as he shakes his hand
and they then end the conference. On the
drive home, doc if it can materialize organic and inorganic material is it
possible you can clone me? Mega man asks.
Yes in a manner of speaking. I have not tested it out for those purposes,
and cloning something that has intelligence may prove to be unstable. Who knows
the effects BOOM! Sounds of metal bending and crunching and shaking the van,
suddenly the back doors of the van are ripped off. A claw comes in and picks up
the capsule. HA HA HA!!! Thank you for
your contribution to your own doom! It's
wily and he has the device and is getting away.
OH NO YOU DON'T! GIVE THAT BACK!!!
Mega Man yells, he gets on air rush and goes after him, but a few feet
from the van BLAST! He’s gets hit with a
barge of shots and one shot hits rush’s engine, rush starts to lose speed and
mega man looks on while wily and his henchmen get away. Ahh! Not again! he says.
At Wily’s lab Wily is tinkering with
the machine he stole and looks to be making a chamber of sorts. Doc what are you going to do with all of
this? Bass asked, well it's simple if there was more than one of me I might
just finally defeat Mega man and get to rub it in Lights face. There the chamber is done lets test this capsule.
ummm ... hmm get me an apple. Wily starts looking over the machine to see
how it works. ok I saw him press this
and he did this ok here it goes! He
presses the button and an apple materializes.
He looks over the apple, seems ok he says then bites it, it taste like
an apple. Ok now we’re ready for the big
experiment. He takes a strand of his
hair and scans it for the DNA then takes the machine over to the tank. Wily inputs the info and presses the button
and something starts to form, it then drops into the tank. It’s a small embryo. awww a little me I always wondered what a
little me would look like. Start the
growth process!
Now time to build some new robot
masters!
Sound man, Force man, Dragon man, Atom
man, Turbine man, Shock woman, Byte man, Quake man.
The incubation process was complete, Wily
then had a clone of his self to do his bidding,
Now Wily started to work on a precise
plan to destroy mega man once and for all. This included a plan to build 16
robot masters, a set for him and a set for his clone.
The second set of masters are.
Shark man, Obstacle man, Gamma man,
Torque man, Lizard man, Combustion man, Fog man, Mirror man
He decided to make a second clone to further
confuse mega man as well. He then
proceeded to wake the first clone. Once he did he immediately noticed some was
wrong. This wily was more violent more
ruthless. He shrugged it off thinking
maybe He can use this to his advantage.
The first set of masters was complete, now to test the clone while the
other one finishes growing.
The first master Byte man attacked and
forced Mega man to hunt him down and scrap him. In the fight wily intervened
and tried to help Byte man but Mega man still defeated him. Ohh the fight has just begun Mega man hahaha!
Wily said as he ran off.
Mega man not knowing what was going on
set out to destroy the other masters he was successful on two others Sound man and
Force man but on the 4th Dragon
man, Wily and the clone intervened and did a sneak attack on Mega man he never
saw what hit him, the clone savagely beating and blasting Mega man. For once defeating and badly injuring Mega
man. Proto man came in at the last moment saving him.
Proto man rushes Mega man back to Dr Light’s
lab. Oh no Mega man Dr Light says, his
right arm and left leg where ripped off and he suffered a blast to the head
that exposed some circuitry. Tearful Light sobs at the sight of Mega man so
badly hurt. He thinks how can I fix him? He looks up and sees the capsule that
he was rebuilding and gets an idea to put Mega man in the capsule and materialize
the parts of mega man that were badly damaged.
He was successful in doing so. Mega
man told light what happened, Proto man said that he’s been following Willy for
the last few days, I’m not sure but I think there may be more than one of
him. In any case I’m not sure what
happened out there, and I know I can’t stop you from fighting but let’s do the
next best thing and upgrade your abilities Says Dr light. Light then started work on giving him
stronger armor and upgrades that will give Mega man greater performance. He
worked mainly on the legs to make him dash at high speeds and jump higher, a
chest plate that can take more damage, and a helmet that can resist more
damage.
The upgrades came just in time; Wily
was on the move again, time to put this new armor to the test says Mega man. Be
careful Mega man Light says in a worried voice. I will ... dad, Mega man said
giving light a smile before rushing off.
Mega man then racing off to
battle feeling lighter and stronger than he ever has, he starts to contemplate
the task at hand and what lead up to his first real defeat before he fights the
remaining robot masters. He travels
through the harsh terrain with ease due to his new upgrades. At last he is near Dragon man’s hide out, As
he gets closer he hears voices, you get behind him like last time and hit him
while he is not looking, I don't care as long as I get to end him. It sounded
like wily was talking to his self, now even closer he can see it was two of
them! Well that plan won't work now that
I know there are two of you. You didn't plan on me though! The robot master was behind mega man trailing
him. Mega man turned quickly only to see
the Dragon man fist coming down to smash him, he dashes out of the way just in
time. Wow these upgrades are coming in handy he said to his self.
Both Wilys try to engage mega man in
all out battle, but to no avail. He
beats the robot master and they flee.
Mega man goes out and defeats a few
more bosses (Atom man, Turbine man, Shock woman and Quake man) totaling now 8
in all. Back at Wilys base, Wily is fuming
that he can’t destroy mega man. The third clone is now complete, but this one
seems more timid. Wily gets the idea to
use the capsule to build the other set of masters and also adds a nasty
surprise to the plan for mega man. Now with everything set, Wily goes forth with
his ultimate plan to end mega man. They attack the city in different locations
to set the trap. At Lights lab he found
a way to upgrade the buster so mega man can combine the weapons he has
collected. Mega man goes in to the fight unaware of the plan.
He breezes through a few masters (Lizard
man, Combustion man, Fog man and Mirror man), then he gets to the 5th Torque man and in a surprise attack one of the
clones attaches a device on Mega man’s
back that weakens him, but his new upgrades prove to be more powerful then
thought and he makes it out of the battle, but can't remove the device. Even light tries but it is hard wired in to
his system and can only fix him somewhat.
Mega man ops to keep fighting while they find a way to remove it, Proto
man goes into battle with him to help.
They work together through the stages
even though the device is turning on and off at random disabling some of his
systems. They kill 2 bosses (Shark man and Obstacle man), and are now at the
last one Gamma man.
They go in to fight; the door quickly
closes behind Mega man leaving Proto man out of the fight. It was another trap
set up so proto man can't help mega man, the 2 Wilys are there and the third
laying in wait. They have a grueling
fight in which the third wily is controlling the device on mega mans back to
make him malfunction while shooting at him to distract him. Finally Proto man busts in and helps mega
man. The third wily falls back and Mega man and Proto man defeat the last robot
master. The Wilys try to get away but
mega man shoots one of them out the sky, knocking him unconscious. They apprehend him and take him to the
authorities, now to find and infiltrate Wilys base.
Once found Mega man works his way
through the base missing all the traps Proto man closely following behind, till
they are split apart and Mega man is suddenly thrown in to battle with bass. They
battle it out and even with the device Mega man still defeats him. While this is happening one of Wilys bots
goes and springs the clone out of custody. Mega man makes his way to fight
wily, mean while Dr Light working on a way to nullify the device hears the
breaking news that the clone escaped. He
quickly finishes the counter device and heads off to give it to mega man and
warn him of the clone. As he leaves the
lab he is captured by the clone. Back at
the layer Mega man is in the first round of boss fights, he is just barely
making it due to the device but makes the first round. Just then the second
wily comes in with Dr Light. He says if
you want to save dear old dad you should just stop fighting and let us destroy
you! No mega man! Don't listen to him!
Yells Dr Light. Mega man goes to fight
back, the two clones then get to a big twin robot and fight mega man while
using Dr Light as a shield. It was a
hard battle but mega man gets in one good shot that starts to make the robot
explode. Just as the robot starts to
explode one of the Wilys say if I go I'm taking him with me and throws a bomb
at Dr Light, just then proto man rushes in to save light just in time but gets
half of his body blown off. Light lays unconscious
as they hit the ground, but he was safe.
Mega man didn't see Dr light getting
saved due to smoke from the twin bot, and thinking light was killed he starts
to break down, he cried and let out a scream as the Twin robot blew up, with
one of the Wilys falling out of it. Something started happening with in mega
man, the area of his head that was fixed by Light’s capsule started to shoot
off electricity. His eyes went white and he let out another yell this time the electricity
flowed up and down his body, destroying the device that was on him. All he can see is wily standing in front of
him, filled with emotion for the first time he went against his code and shot
wily then fell unconscious from too much strain. The whole time the real wily was recording
the whole thing transmitting it for the whole world to see, thinking countless
numbers would see the fall of mega man but he got something better, the death
of a hero at his own hands. No one knew
there were 3 Wilys, so they thought mega man killed a human. Light awakens to see wily dead and mega man passed
out. Oh no what have you done mega man? He
says. Wily activates a countdown system
to blow up the base; Light and mega man make it out just in time, they go home
and the real Wily slips away.
The world stood in shock, and then the
back lash came. If he can kill Wily how
would that stop him from killing other humans? The people asked. The government decided that it would be best
to deactivate Mega man and also ban cloning.
Dr Light tried to plead with them saying he can fix him that he would
never let him do that, but to no avail. Mega man was deactivated and dismantled.
Knowing something else had to take place
Dr Light tried to piece together what happened.
He then moved and made a new lab away from the city, Light then weaponized
Roll to be security for the lab and kept Auto as his assistant. In an effort to find out why Mega man went
against his code he examined Mega man’s system and found that the chip that
held the essence of Mega man was damaged, this seems to have came from when he
was badly hurt by the wily clone and was never fixed and couldn’t be fixed, it
was only a matter of time before the chip would fail and Mega man as they knew
him would be lost. What caused the surge in that last battle? The only thing he
can theorize is that when mega man thought light had been killed something
greater than his code took over, pure emotion.
Almost as if he had a soul. Light
started new experiments and laid the foundation for Mega man X. He built a new system that regenerated itself
and kept not only the emotion but all aspects that held thought and self intact
if damaged, he called it X for its limitless powers to grow and understand and
even be human.
Wily knowing that Dr Light would not
give up on his dream spied on Light. Once he found out what he was doing he
came up with a plan to undo his new creation.
Wily did so by breaking in to the lab and copying some of Light’s plans
so he can be the one who finally gets to be the greatest genius. He started work on Zero. During his work on Zero so he learned that Dr
Light had pasted, part of his dream was ruined, but he did not give up and continued
with work on Zero. From the information
he learned he knew the new Mega man was going to take a long time until he
became active, up in age he set up a plan to see Mega man x get destroyed, he
put Zero in sleep mode until X woke up, then buried himself deep in his base
and put himself in cryo sleep so when the day came he can see X's destruction.
